We’re based in a beautiful Georgian townhouse right in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford. If you’d like to visit outside of a booked class or event, just let us know first so we can put the kettle on.

Getting Here…
By Car
Please note there is no parking on Yew Tree Place, and we ask all visitors to respect our neighbours by not parking in or near the private courtyard.
Public parking is available a few minutes away at:
Elm Road Car Park (CM23 2BA)
Northgate End Car Park (CM23 2ET)
Both are within easy walking distance of the studio.
If dropping off or collecting work, please do so briefly and avoid blocking driveways or access routes.
On Foot or by Bike
We’re on nNorthgate End, near the junction with Hadham Road.
A bike rack is available by the front door for those arriving on two wheels.
By Bus
Several local and regional buses stop nearby, including services along North Street and Hadham Road. The closest stops are Northgate End (just outside the studio) and Bridge Street (about 3 minutes’ walk).
By Train
Bishop’s Stortford railway station is around a 10-minute walk from the studio (about 0.5 miles).
Exit via the main entrance, turn right onto Station Road, continue over the bridge and up Bridge Street. Follow North Street to Northgate End — you’ll find us at No. 16, on the right-hand side.
